DiNA

DiNA is part of the POD series of works which explores our understanding of the genesis and basis of life on earth as it relates to geoscience. The sculpture DiNA has spiral fern like eruptions suggestive of DNA arising from stone like seedpod base. The repetitive tooth like pattern of the fronds also mimic the teeth of old saws used to fell ancient forests.
