Parched is a series of works using whole and broken slip-cast chillies. The chilli form acting as a metaphor to explore ideas about environmental change. 

Using repetition and taxonomy the bleached white forms become reminiscent of bones and bone fragments catalogued and archived as if archaeological specimens.
